In May of last year I had a revision Septo-Rhinoplasty with rib graft. 4 months after surgery I started having painful popping sensations in my septum. Today it feels like scoops of flesh have been removed from my septum very close to the nasal bridge midway to the tip on both sides. Mucus collects in them, they crust, are extremely painful and bleed. I have seen my surgeon multiple times for my concerns but he says it’s still settling. It feels like something failed. Where do I go from here?
