Hi! Had a revision surgery and my doctor left my tip too pointy, sharp. He made it 1mm longer but now it doesn’t look natural. You can see a “circle” around the tip, it’s not connecting to the rest of the nose. I’ve asked him and he didn’t aswer me properly, do you think he sharpened it through internal sutures or did he take out cartilage to change it’s shape? Can this be reversed? I don’t think it’s just a overprojected tip because the shape changed

OMG, that's terrible! It is definitely possible to go without tape - you just have to be aware that you're going to be in a long haul with healing/swelling, but that will be the case anyway given that it is a revision rhinoplasty. I do not think it is worth risking getting this rash again.
