Thank you for your photos. From your photos, it appears that your eyebrows are above the bony orbital rim of your eyes. This is their correct position. When you raise your brows, you put them in a super high position and although it does smooth out the skin of your upper eyelids, it makes you look surprised and this is what a browlift would result in. A skin only upper blepharoplasty and a skin pinch lower blepharoplasty would remove the redundant skin of your eyelids, but retain the youthful volume of your periorital areas. As long as you are comfortable with it, this can be performed under local anesthesia only, with a single stitch for each eyelid which is hidden under the skin. Suture removal is approximately 5 days after the surgery and recovery is very quick. Discuss this in detail with your Plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
