Under eye skin - can I make this less visible? (Photos)

Realselfme40Feb 1, 2026

Hi, I am a 41-year-old female with no significant signs of aging or skin laxity. Genetically, I have had lower eyelid puffiness, which I had removed a year ago through a transconjunctival blepharoplasty, fat transfer, and CO₂ laser treatment performed in one procedure. The puffiness was resolved, but I was left with heavy creasing under the eyes. The surgeon offered a revision procedure consisting of a skin pinch and nanofat transfer, which was done nine months after the primary blepharoplasty. Two months later, once the swelling had subsided, the situation remained the same. I was then advised to undergo another CO₂ laser treatment, which I did. Now, one month later, the situation is even worse. As you can see from the attached pictures, my under-eye area creases like an accordion with every facial movement, and this has become a major insecurity for me. I would also like to mention that I am a healthy individual with a BMI of 20 and no weight fluctuations throughout my life. There are no other areas of my face or body with signs of skin aging or laxity. Is there anything I can do to make this less visible? I would highly appreciate any advice. Thank you.
