Prominent Eyes and Upper Eyelid Exposure

I am a 32-year-old male, and I am uncomfortable with the prominence of my eyes. My eyes appear bulging/protruding, with the upper eyelids completely exposed. My brow ridge provides absolutely no coverage over the eyes. ​I would like to improve my appearance to achieve deep-set eyes, tucked under the brow, with hidden (non-exposed) upper eyelids. ​What surgical procedures would be feasible in my case? Are there any non-surgical solutions that could provide a satisfactory result?
