Is aesthetic orbital decompression the solution in my case? (Photos)

For as long as I can remember, I have had a complex about my bulging eyes, so much so that I don't want to take pictures at all because only my eyes are visible. I decided to get rid of this problem, I want a sensual, seductive, feminine look. Is aesthetic orbital decompression the only solution for my case?

Based on the location of the fat bulges in your lower eyelids. I suspect you had inadequate removal of lower eyelid fat rather than excessive fat grafting. Since there is still a tear trough underneath the fat pads, it's not clear whether any of the lipotransferred material has taken. Wishing...
