Can Xeomin cause symptoms similar to Guillain Barre? I recently had 28 units to forehead and around eye. Had Xeomin in past.

I don't think the amount of Xeomin you likely received could cause these symptoms. I would consult with a doctor if symptoms persist. 

What you are describing has a very low likelihood of be caused by Xeomin. If the symptoms persist I would see your internist to further evaluate and workup.

I agree with the other physicians who are stating that your symptoms are not from Xeomin.  If they persist or worsen, you should consider being evaluated by a neurologist.

Thanks for the question and sorry that you are having any concerns following your Xeomin injections.  With the amount of Xeomin used, the chances of any of your symptoms being related to this are almost zero – if not zero. You are describing what seems to be a viral illness and not related to your injections.  I would work with your internist to treat your symptoms and not worry about the Xeomin here.
