My chin muscle contracts after Botox (Xeomin). Is this normal? What should I do? Help (Photo)

I got xeomin (Botox) on my chin about 2 months ago. Only a total of 2 units. It was all fine until I was popping a zit on my chin and my muscle contracted and made a weird dent on my chin. It did go back to normal after a couple of seconds but every time I put pressure, it does it again. Is this normal? Will it ever stop? Should I get more xeomin or leave it alone? I don’t want this to be a perminent thing. This has never happened to me before and it was my first time getting xeomin on my chin.
