Hello! I’m looking for feedback on implant sizes for my frame. I’m 5ft 2in, 112lbs. I’m currently a small B cup. My doctor suggested 335cc high profile for a small to moderate C cup, or a 345cc for a moderate to full C. I’m most concerned about looking top-heavy. Is a C-cup or 335/345 cc too large for my frame? The 335cc looked good on the Vectra 3D, but I unfortunately couldn’t try implant sizers. What implant and/or cup size would you recommend women my size? Thank you in advance!

Answer: MENTOR Volume Sizing System In my practice, I've found the MENTOR Volume Sizing System to be very helpful for my patients. It allows you to "try on" various sizers in the office so that you can see and feel how you will look with any given size of implant. I recommend consulting with multiple ABPS board-certified plastic surgeons prior to surgery in order to ensure that your goals are best met.

Answer: Implant size Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size just your cup size. If you are 32 or 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you are 36 or 38, each 200 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. I always recommend the smallest implant possible. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
