I’m set to have breast augmentation surgery next week and just completed my lab work. I have history of low WBC (2.9) and Neutrophils (1.4). I’ve visited a hematologist prior and told this is my normal range. All other lab work is great and have never been one to get sick or even hospitalized outside of having children. I’m afraid that they might make me cancel/reschedule. My medical clearance is good as well by my PCP. With my history of my WBC, is it possible that they would cancel my surgery?

If you get a medical clearance from your primary care physician, your surgeon may agree to proceed with surgery. This is something you need to discuss with your surgeon. Other surgeon's opinions do not matter here.
I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon. Adding volume does not lift the breasts. The sooner you reduce your implants, the less stretch on your tissue remains.
