I have no underboob at all, I have no cleavage and they’re so far apart from each other. When I lay down they’re literally flat. I have a lot of side boob too. I have no nipple bud and they’re always so itchy. Do my breasts look like this because I was overweight during puberty? If I lose weight will they look better since I’m still in puberty? If not what procedure is recommended my breasts makes me feel so disgusted and depressed
Answer: Are my breasts underdeveloped? Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a breast lift with implants. A breast augmentation and a breast lift work hand and hand to enhance the overall shape and size of a woman’s breasts. These procedures are ideal for increasing the size of the breasts while restoring balance and youthfulness to a woman’s bust. Schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.

Answer: Tuberous breasts Dear meow8544,tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall. The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition. My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries. That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast Augmentation Good morning! Your breasts really aren't under-developed, they are just small for your frame, with a wide gap- you are an excellent candidate for a submuscular augmentation!

Answer: Breast size and shape Breast size and shape can change during puberty as well as from weight loss or gain. I encourage you to be patient with your body until you have finished with puberty. If at that time you still have concerns, visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss breast augmentation.

Answer: Here are some thoughts about breast enhancement when fully grown and well past puberty You should also be aware that breasts might change shape and size after significant weight change or being stretched from the milk of pregnancy. After the milk of pregnancy disappears, breasts might remain the same size, become bigger or smaller and/or droopier. And, what can happen can change from pregnancy to the next. Unfortunately, surgeons have created the term tuberous breasts, (which you do not have), a fact which causes unnecessary concerns for women. Many women just have different sizes and shapes and in my opinion shouldn't be labeled. For those interested in breast enhancement, I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. Fat grafting, in my opinion, provides minimal enhancement in size and volume.
