Is there any way to avoid square boobs after a lift? What makes you more or less likely to have this effect?

roseloft
So I've been looking into getting a breast lift for some time now. I'm 18 and I've pretty much always had somewhat saggy boobs. I really want to get a lift but I'm afraid that I'm going to end up with that awful square boob thing. I want my boobs to look natural and round and perky. Not boxy and odd. Is there anything in particular that causes this effect after a lift and is there anything I can do to avoid it?
