What can I do? My breasts depress me and I can't afford surgery

When my breasts started to develop they also started to sag, i cant honestly remember ever having had pert breasts at all. From development onwards one was also considerably larger than the other, i am now 32 and not only are my breasts lop sided terribly but very saggy also. To the extent i struggled to breastfeed when i became a mother, as my nipples are tucked under my breasts and i was scared of suffercating my baby with my breast. I am depressed and have no self esteem due to this issue.

I am so sorry to hear that your skin reacted to the glue. I would suggest soap and water to keep the area clean and a topical steroid cream. If that doesn't work, call your surgeon to discuss further options. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Nipple sensitivity after a breast lift. Is this normal?

Most patients retain normal sensation in their nipples after a breast lift.  That being said, there is definitely a risk for loss of sensation that you should discuss with your surgeon and your partner.  Good luck!

Is numbness in the breast common after a breast lift with underarm liposuction?

It is very numb to still be numb 8 weeks after a breast lift with liposuction under the arms.  I usually tell patients that the sensation can take 6 months to return.  Best of luck!
