Left eye is higher than my right and I have a lower/longer eyelid. How can I fix asymmetrical eyes? (photos)

My left eye is higher than my right and I have a lower/longer eyelid and more prominent brow on my left. I feel like it's partly due to muscle on the left being stronger. I have facial symmetry issues in general and this really adds to the issue which I'm very self conscious about. How can I fix this?
