February 2021 i had bilateral upper blepharoplasty at age 37, my eyelids were puffy and starting to get saggy. Right after the surgery i noticed that my left eye surgical site is much higher than my right one. I healed pretty quick, stitches were removed and my left eyelid looked bigger than my right. My dostor said to give it time because it takes a few months to see the final result. Now, 10 months later my left eyelid is still rounder and bigger than my right.
