i’m 19 i have had these strange bags under my eyes all my life but i don’t know what they are or what they’re called. i’m not sure if my underbite is a cause or not or what procedure i should undertake to fix it. and help or advice?

Hi,

So looking at your pictures, it would appear that this could be fat beneath the eye and I can perform a Lower Blepharoplasty to help you achieve a less puffy look and to reduce the crease.

I can perform this in a way that there are no visible scars which is a popular option among my patients.

I could also use Fat Injections to help smooth this groove too, so it depends what look you wish to achieve.
