I have dark eyelids, it is particularly dark close to the lash line. I’m not sure if it’s a vein or just discoloration. What procedures whether it’s lasers, fillers, resurfacing could fix this? I would like to know all the treatment options. Eyes crossed out in images for privacy purposes.
