Hello, I am a 52 year old female. I've had two lower eye lid skin pinch procedures done. The revision was completed 1.5 years ago. My eyes look great when I have a straight face however, when I smile, the skin bunches under my eyes distorting my face. As a result, I look creepy when I smile. Is there anything that can be done at this point or is this as good as it gets for me? Thank you in advance for your advice.

You may need Blepharoplasty to make more even, there are many ways such a non incision method double eyelid surgery. It is a less visible scar than the incision method and natural result to correct your eyelid. Also rhinoplasty will be helpful to remove hump and bulbous tip.
