I have very heavy swollen eyelids. And it's not water retention. I had upper blepharoplasty 4 years ago and it didn't do anything to address this problem. When PS was performing surgery he said that it's was due to fiber inflammation and it's not uncommon. What procedure could help with it?

You may need Blepharoplasty to make more even, there are many ways such a non incision method double eyelid surgery. It is a less visible scar than the incision method and natural result to correct your eyelid. Also rhinoplasty will be helpful to remove hump and bulbous tip.
