27yr female, 5'3 @ 135 weight. I am a healthy eater that is athletic but always had extra fat around my stomach so it sticks out. I had back flanks abs & outer thighs over 4 weeks ago by tumescent technique w/ closed sutures. The certified PS said he removed 2200cc. I now look like I did before lipo. I believe all the swelling is gone. My measurements before and after lipo are Waist= 29in belly button=35in. Should I be concerned that there is no change?

It will take 6 months for the swelling to subside after liposuction. After this point in time you can evaluate your result, looking at before and after pictures and measurements. Be patient.
