Pain in legs after Tumesant a Lipo. Any suggestions?

Your body is going to let you know when you do too much in terms of physical activity.  You need to rest and elevate your legs above the level of your heart until the swelling comes down.  Cut back on your activity.

Pain can persist for months after lower leg liposuction.  Try taking OTC Advil, 2 twice/day for 2 weeks to help with pain control and inflammation.Good Luck!

Pain after liposuction is not abnormal and pain in the legs is a little more common. This is because of there propensity to swell, because of walking, etc. We have found that a good compression garment, especially a secondary garment (We like "Skins" brand garments) is really helpful even 2-3 months out. These garments can in the long term be used for working out as they were originally designed for. Also, the power of stretching, especially many of the Yoga maneuvers, is very helpful in decreasing pain as well. Finally, lymphatic massage can be helpful in this regard.
