My surgery date was on 09/12/16 around 9am. I was told not take any medications as they would provide you with pain killers in the office. My procedure was smart lipo on the upper, lower abdomen and the flank area. I was explained the whole procedure on my consultation, including the exact price i would be spending. I went to American Lipo for liposuction of my flanks, and upper and lower abs by Dr. Singer. During the consultation and on the day of surgery, he told me I could expect to lose everything I can pinch. To start, the surgery was very painful. I doubt enough anesthesia was used because I felt pain and burning the entire time. I toughed it out expecting results. That was not the case. I give dr singer and American lipo 5 stars. I am very happy and go dancing now. My husband is also very happy. I used to wear size 16 now I feel like I'm down to 8. I feel like I'm a teen now. I Wanted a subtle fat transfer to the hips so I consulted dr singer and he listened to me and was very kind and experienced. I do not have a lot of fat so he removed from a few different sites to assure I got desirable results The entire procedure was a breeze after numbing. I have no major pain or complaints.
