In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

I would absolutely say that you are a good candidate for a Skinny  bbl and if u had just enough fat, you could always add butt implants to get maximal projection! Hope this help!All the best,Carlos Mata MD

Based on your photo, it seems that you can get good results with a Liposuction/BBL, fat can be taken from many different areas of the  body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, arms, underarms,  flanks, lower back, upper back, posterior neck, submental areas, jowls, thighs, calves, ankles, and inner knees. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to  consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with  the liposuction.  I recommend you to schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation of your fat stores. Many surgeons do not transfer enough fat, and that is the reason for less than wow results after a year. I have followed these patients for over a year, and the results last.

Hello, thank you for the question and great photos.. after analysing your case.. I can say you're a good candidate for a BBL, this would fix your problem, give you great results and improve the look of your butt. 
It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody.

Based on these photos and BMI of 23, you are a very good candidate for VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees and fat transfer to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement. You DO NOT need implants. The downside of implants is too long to go into in this post.You need your abdomen, pubic area, anterior and lateral rib cage, full back, waist and hips liposuctioned and contoured to give you an athletic abdomen and back with a feminine hourglass figure.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

Hi Anika and thank you for your question! Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). From these photos I see enough fat that can be extracted from your stomach and back and implanted into your buttock. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons.  A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. Thank you for posting excellent pictures and good information. Based on those you are currently an ideal candidate for a BBL and will probably have enough fat to deliver the ideal result.
I suggest harvesting fat primarily from your "full torso"(abdomen 360+ full back and arm pits or under arm area). If more fat is needed adding arm liposuction will give great results if done correctly and should leave you with sufficient amounts of fat.Full torso Liposuction should leave the surgeon with between 800and 1400 mL of working fat. I Arms could potentially add 300 mL of fat each.Because you're petite you don't need as much volume to show a big difference. Even a conservative 500 mL per side BBL would look fairly dramatic. 
Please be careful in selecting your plastic surgeon. Results different quite a bit.
