In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Based on your photo, it seems that you can get good results with a Liposuction/BBL, fat can be taken from many different areas of the  body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, arms, underarms,  flanks, lower back, upper back, posterior neck, submental areas, jowls, thighs, calves, ankles, and inner knees. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to  consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with  the liposuction.  I recommend you to schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation of your fat stores. Many surgeons do not transfer enough fat, and that is the reason for less than wow results after a year. I have followed these patients for over a year, and the results last.

Hello, thank you for the question and great photos.. after analysing your case.. I can say you're a good candidate for a BBL, this would fix your problem, give you great results and improve the look of your butt. 
It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody.

Based on these photos and BMI of 23, you are a very good candidate for VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees and fat transfer to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement. You DO NOT need implants. I would absolutely say that you are a good candidate for a Skinny  bbl and if u had just enough fat, you could always add butt implants to get maximal projection! Hope this help!All the best,Carlos Mata MD
