Hello, thank you for your question. After a BBL your butt feels hard for the first couple of months. There is a process of swelling and bruising that undergoes the first stage of major resolution in the first 2 weeks after surgery. The later phase of healing takes place over the 2-3 months after surgery where everything really settles and softens.
Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Hello dear!Thank you for your question and provided information as well..Yes, but only the first months, after a couple of months the swollen will go away and it will get a natural feel to touch. So you can get the surgery if you want to, just make sure you get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.Best of lucks!Dr. Luis Mejia.
If buttock is injected with moderate amount of fat graft in subcutaneous pocket, one would expect that firmness and structure would remain the same. If significant overgrafting is performed, it is possible that buttock firmness may decrease. There are many individual variations in this regard and because of that it is very difficult to answer this question with certainty. I hope this much helps.
Dear jxdddy, generally speaking, transferred fat should be the same as other fat in your buttocks, and it should not be hard. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
