Based on your photo, it seems that you can get good results with a Liposuction/BBL, fat can be taken from many different areas of the  body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, arms, underarms,  flanks, lower back, upper back, posterior neck, submental areas, jowls, thighs, calves, ankles, and inner knees. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to  consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with  the liposuction.  I recommend you to schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation of your fat stores. Many surgeons do not transfer enough fat, and that is the reason for less than wow results after a year. I have followed these patients for over a year, and the results last.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Thank you for your question and photos. You are a great candidate for a BBL. To achieve similar results as your "wish" pictures , it is not enough to do spot liposuction of one or two areas. All those ladies had liposuction 360 degrees of their torso with fat grafting to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement.If you were my patient, I would do VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees (full abdomen, pubic area, anterior and lateral rib cage, full back, lower back fat pad, waist and upper hips) and fat transfer to the buttocks. See the abdomen on your first wish picture. The arms should be done as well to match your hourglass figure.See a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
