In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can obtain nice contours from lipo/BBL.  This will depend upon your selection of surgeon and your expectations for the BBL. The thinner patient requires an  expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth.  Fat can be harvested from the waist and back and maybe other areas and transferred to the hips and buttocks.  Look at your plastic surgeon before and after photos of patients similar to your anatomy to determine if the difference in their contours is worth the surgery.

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Thank you for posting great pictures and important information. Based on those I think you’re a great candidate for a BBL. In regards to results Liposuction cannot create body contour changes beyond the size and shape of your muscular skeletal structure.if you push into your skin until you feel the underlying muscle structure you’ll get a sense of how much fat you have. You can anticipate that 75% of that fat layer will be reduced from well done Liposuction. If you had 6 inches of fat in your waist and love handles then Liposuction could bring that area in by about 5 inches. In reality it’s probably more like an inch and a half and you can expect 1 inch change in body contour.Still, you’re a good candidate but my experience has taught me that setting expectations correctly and educating patients and what can and cannot be accomplished is paramount in maintaining consistent high patient satisfaction from these procedures.I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area who have extensive experience with this procedure. My recommendation would be liposuction of your full torso with gluteal fat transfer. Based on the information and photos you sent us, you are a great candidate for a liposuction, combined with tummy tuck and a fat transfer  to reshape your body and give you more curves.
