Answer: Is it safe to get a BBL after hyaluronic acid injections 7 years ago and Sculptra injections 1 year ago? Thank you for your question. The short answer is yes. Obviously, you are not thrilled with the results. I'm not sure why you chose that route; hyaluronic acid and sculptra injections for BBL. To get a significant result is cost prohibitive. The surgeon should use your own fat (I assume you have fat, no personal information was provided) to enhance and shape the buttocks. If you do not have enough fat, an implant can be used (I personally stopped using buttock implants) with limited fat grafting around the implants especially laterally. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Kaasaandraa, your injections are not a contraindication for BBL surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
