Tummy tuck or no TT? Looking for defined waist, fuller, rounder butt/hips, mons reduction (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I would advocate staging your procedures. I would do LIPO360 with a fat transfer to your buttocks in one stage and then pursue a breast augmentation with implants and a full tummy tuck with mons reduction in a second. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question regarding how you can get your goal results of a defined waist, fuller, rounder butt/hips, mons reduction, and breast augmentation. Let's start with your abdomen: you have excess skin and excess fat. If you remove the fat with liposuction, you'll be left with even more excess skin. VASER Hi-Def liposuction is great at contracting the skin a little. But it will likely not tighten your abdomen enough. Therefore, I recommend a tummy tuck. Looking at your mons region, you have excess skin and fat. This can be addressed during the tummy tuck.

I recommend you stage these procedures. In stage 1, liposuction of the abdomen, love handles, back, and mons with fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL). 3-4 months later, you can come back for stage 2, tummy tuck and breast augmentation. If you want an hourglass figure, I would recommend a high-lateral tension tummy tuck. The incision will start above the pubic region and then carry out over your hips. Please make sure your chosen plastic performs muscle plication (during the tummy tuck). This will bring in your waistline by about 2-6 inches.

A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals.

I think you are most likely to get a result you are happy with if you choose a tummy tuck. Tummy tuck most effectively treats the excess skin to the abdominal area. The other options are a matter of your preference.

Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for VASER liposuction 360 with fat grafting to hips, possibly mini tummy tuck and breast augmentation (vs fat grafting to breasts) to achieve your goals.
Typically, two or three procedures can be combined, but the goal is to limit general anesthesia time to under 6 hours for safety reasons. Estimated surgery duration varies between surgeons, and that may be one of the reasons why one surgeon recommends combining the procedures, while the other encourages to stage it.
I would recommend to obtain an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options and expectations for best cosmetic results.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

The key to elective plastic surgery - for surgeons and patients - is to stick to you goals. It's about you and what you're trying to achieve. That being said, I would support the tummy tuck for your abdomen, which would help you achieve the mons eduction you're looking for as well. Breast augmentation along with this would rejuvenate your anterior torso. After that the BBL would help achieve your fuller and rounder butt and hips. 

Based on your photos and goals you will get the best results from a breast augmentation with implants and a standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. If you proceed with liposuction without a tummy tuck you will likely have loose skin on the abdomen for a less than optimal outcome.

Thanks trying to post your photos. This is my over the Real Self internet opinon. You will need 2-3 surgery rounds. Round1: Full TT with muscle plication/bilateral implants in 350-450 cc ranges. Fees range from $10,00-$25,000. Round 2: Lipo 360/BBL. Fees range from $5,000-$18,000. Seek more in person or virtual consults with only private practice boarded PSs. These are my comments about the 3 consults seen: 1st- you are NOT a candidate for circum. TT! Plus in most states, unless surgery in hospital setting over office surgery, can not combine full TT with full lipo/BBL, thus TT has limited lipo allowed. 2nd- a "lowerTT" makes no sense! Also where did labialplasty come from? 3rd- Vaser is HORRIBLE potential for severe fibrosis as bad as J-Plasma!

Your first step is consulting a board certified plastic surgeon. If you have diastasis recti, stretching of the abdominal muscle, you will need a full tummy tuck with muscle plication. However, if this is not the case you may benefit from a modified abdominal skin resection which allows your plastic surgeon to remove the abdominal skin and use high definition vaser liposuction to contour the abdominal area. Furthermore, the fat that is liposuctioned can be grafted back into your buttock (BBL). Can you achieve good results without a TT? You will likely need a skin resection because the skin has to be dealt with i order to create good results. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a tummy tuck specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.
