Tummy tuck or no TT? Looking for defined waist, fuller, rounder butt/hips, mons reduction (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I would advocate staging your procedures. I would do LIPO360 with a fat transfer to your buttocks in one stage and then pursue a breast augmentation with implants and a full tummy tuck with mons reduction in a second. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question regarding how you can get your goal results of a defined waist, fuller, rounder butt/hips, mons reduction, and breast augmentation. Let's start with your abdomen: you have excess skin and excess fat. If you remove the fat with liposuction, you'll be left with even more excess skin. VASER Hi-Def liposuction is great at contracting the skin a little. But it will likely not tighten your abdomen enough. Therefore, I recommend a tummy tuck. Looking at your mons region, you have excess skin and fat. This can be addressed during the tummy tuck.

I recommend you stage these procedures. In stage 1, liposuction of the abdomen, love handles, back, and mons with fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL). 3-4 months later, you can come back for stage 2, tummy tuck and breast augmentation. If you want an hourglass figure, I would recommend a high-lateral tension tummy tuck. The incision will start above the pubic region and then carry out over your hips. Please make sure your chosen plastic performs muscle plication (during the tummy tuck). This will bring in your waistline by about 2-6 inches.

A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals.

I think you are most likely to get a result you are happy with if you choose a tummy tuck. Tummy tuck most effectively treats the excess skin to the abdominal area. The other options are a matter of your preference.

Based on your photos and goals you will get the best results from a breast augmentation with implants and a standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. If you proceed with liposuction without a tummy tuck you will likely have loose skin on the abdomen for a less than optimal outcome.

Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for VASER liposuction 360 with fat grafting to hips, possibly mini tummy tuck and breast augmentation (vs fat grafting to breasts) to achieve your goals.
Typically, two or three procedures can be combined, but the goal is to limit general anesthesia time to under 6 hours for safety reasons. Estimated surgery duration varies between surgeons, and that may be one of the reasons why one surgeon recommends combining the procedures, while the other encourages to stage it.
