Hello I had a bbl about a year ago and I noticed my butt looks kind of squared off with some extra fat bulge on the side is this something I can fix through another procedure?
Answer: Your problem is easily fixable I would liposuction from the bottom of your buttocks and inject it into the hip-dip above the bulge. That can be accomplished in 1 hour under local or general anesthesia.

Answer: I had a bbl about a year ago and I noticed my butt looks kind of squared off. Is this fixable? Hello @Krysti95, thank you for your question. There is a possibility of improving it with a good technique, using state-of-the-art technology and having a more comprehensive surgical plan that includes a gluteal lipo remodeling as well. As a result, we can achieve lower volume, a better projection, and a better shape to the buttocks. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.

Answer: BBL results Dear Krysti95, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: A revisional BBL will help. Hi, Krysti95 ! Thank you for your question and photos. Fat tissue that is given to your buttocks stays somehow below compared to where it should be. So a revision will help, taking the excessive fat located below and given to the gap above. This will provide to change the shape from square to round, which we desire in gluteal shaping.
