Thank you for your question, based on the picture you appear to be good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer to your butt area to reshape and provide a better butt projection.
Hello @Kay1106, thank you for your question. It is necessary to consider the amount of excess skin to improve the shape of the buttock and if it is necessary, liporemodeling through micrografts that have a greater durability as they have fewer chances of reabsorbing fat. The most appropriate course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeons. This will allow you to get more information and options tailored specifically to your needs. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez, MD FACS.
Dear Kay1106,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hi Kay, we usually treat patients with butt shape similar to yours. A bbl will help to chieve better shape, but sometimes the skin is too attached to deep tissues and the improvement is not always perfect. Their is no way of knowing what will be the final shape of the bbl'd buttocks. I recommend a 360 lipo with bbl, it will help with a better overall result.Sincerely, Dr. Galaz
A BBL will primarily add volume so don’t do that procedure. What you need is a tuck which involves cutting out skin and lifting up the inner lower part of your buttocks. The procedure is best described by Dr. mendieta in Miami Florida in a YouTube video he calls the Miami thong lift. I’m not sure if anybody refers to the procedure by that name or of that him trying to market himself.Regardless it’s a good video that describes the problem and how it’s treated well.Define the surgeon who has experience doing this you’ll have to shop around a bit and have several consultations. Really try to find someone who has the experience and can show you before and after pictures before signing up for surgery.Losing weight is in your favor as well.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Seoma that has formed over the buttock can be two fold. This can be either a seroma or a blow out leison. A blow out lesion is formed when there is a fat necrosis that formed by having too much fat injected in one area. This results in a blow out. This distinction is important since a seroma can...
Thanks for your question. Typically, I advise my patients to wait 5 months after having surgery to have another procedure. Hope this helps. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic
It’s probably better to switch over to another area to inject for a while before and after the procedure. I suggest you discuss with your provider if you have one. If not discuss during the consultation. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
Hello @t0101k, thank you for your question. There is always a need to take into account the opinion of the specialist who will perform the surgery before making any decisions regarding the leg procedure. In most cases, it depends a lot on the type of surgical technique and the type of technology...
Major procedures that change the shape instructor of the body create different sensations. Some quirks or tender spots and are pretty common but most patients learn to live with it and eventually get used to their new body as the new normal. Mats Hagstrom MD
Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures you appear to be a good candidate but I will like to see front sides and back pictures to provide you a better medical analyze. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best...
