Is it possible to reverse a Lefort I and Bilateral Saggital Split Ostomy performed to open my airway that has left me disfigured and entirely changed my facial appearance? Please help me.

In most cases the mentalis muscle reinserts into the bone and function is normal. The risks of problems is diminished when the the bone reduction/ burring is done from a submental incision. Ptosis of the chin is a potential complication and this may require chin resuspension. It is not common...

Providing that your chin mass is entirely fibrous, scar tissue, it can be treated with injection of corticosteroid (Kenalog) until it is significantly reduced. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended.
