2 months post op 300cc motiva ergonomix silicone implants both sides. Any suggestions? (photos)

I would advise you to wait 3-6 months from the date of your surgery before making a final assessment of your outcome.  It takes about that long for the swelling to completely resolve, the capsules to mature, and the implants to settle into their final position.  Up until then you may note asymmetry as one side may heal slower than the other.  Good luck! 

I know it's frustrating, but your surgeon is right. It can take 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal and drop/settle and it is very common for each breast to do so at a different rate. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Right now, you are very early on in the
post op recovery period. It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable
having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you
to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many
variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size
and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients
heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different
rate. Rest, relax, recover and heal. Please Express your concerns to your surgeon so
he/she can examine you. Then reassess final result at 6 months.



The best way to assess and give true
advice would be an in-person exam.

Thank you for your question. Wait a good 3 months for your implants to settle, at that time discuss options for a revision if you feel necessary. I believe you were trying to say your right breast is bigger and fuller vs. your left? If this was the case once they both have settled discuss your concerns with your surgeon and look into your options. All the best, 

It is impossible to say anything specific without seeing a preoperative picture. You have an asymmetry that may as well have been present from before and that implants would not correct. In any case, your surgeon is right, and it is too early for a final judgement.
