Your right breast footprint is more lateral on the chest wall at baseline. Your surgeon should have discussed this with you extensively preoperatively. There is nothing wrong with your outcome in my professional opinion.

Your preoperative photos show that your right breast was more lateral and the rib curvature is asymmetrical (all very common issues). Your results are very nice, though you do have wide cleavage (which may not be able to be improved with a revision...a physical exam would answer this).

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. While your results are very good, there is a slight asymmetry resulting from your preoperative anatomy. For patients seeking perfection like yourself there are minor revisions necessary which could be done under local anesthesia on your left breast. Alternatively, you may opt to have a non-surgical ASPEN ultrasound treatment to relax the capsule to provide a similar result.

As is often the case, your breasts are "sisters," not "twins." There is some minor asymmetry, but your result is very good. Additionally, you don't say how long ago your surgery was. The implants might still be finding their final resting place.

BA magnifies who you already are and when you have asymmetry that is magnified as well in some cases. For the starting point you had, this is an acceptable result without revision.
