I had a breast augmentation with 330cc moderate implants. I like my results overall, but my left breast seems “off”. It doesn’t look centered like my right breast. Is this because of my anatomy to begin with, or should I ask my surgeon for a revision? I would like to know your opinion before asking my surgeon.

Thank you for your question about breast implant sizing.
Selecting the most appropriate breast implant size for breast augmentation is a personal decision that ultimately you have to make. An in-person consultation with implant sizing is best.
It depends on your height, weight and breast bas...
The sagging tissue on the lower breast can be picked up with a modified lift. Your nipples appear to be in the correct position. You could go with somewhat larger implants if you want more fullness, or keep the size you have.
You need an examination to see where the pain is specifically and if it could be related to your breast surgery. Some scar tissue may have developed around a sensory nerve, or there may be another reason. Pain doctors are good at blocking painful nerves, and I would suggest seeing one of them.
