How do I proceed after botched breast revision with Galaflex, small, low profile implant & asymmetry?

Help!! Had a mastopexy in 2021. Revision in 2022 because original mastopexy remained empty/slightly droopy. My surgeon's plan- which he said was going to be very successful- implant (small low profile) and galaflex to support implant and lateral falling tissue. Galaflex was placed 5 or 6 o clock up lateral curve to support. This is an absolutely horrendous result. Old incisions were not used- he cut vertical and areolar which was not discussed. Asymmetrical. Left breast incision line butchered.
