How do I proceed after botched breast revision with Galaflex, small, low profile implant & asymmetry?

Thank you for your question. I agree that your breasts are asymmetric. Your left breast has a lower fold than your right. I think you would benefit from more volume to both breasts. This can be undertaken with either larger implants or fat grafting. Regardless the shape of the breasts need to match better which would involve raising the left IMF and shrinking the pocket/ Skin envelope. Good luck.

I believe that a revisionary procedure (revision mastopexy) would be the only solution to achieve any results that you would be content with. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon with plenty of experience in breast surgery, ideally one with aesthetic fellowship training.

You have some residual asymmetry that can easily be fixed by removing some additional skin from the lower pole of the lower breast. It may be able to do under local anesthesia.

The sagging tissue on the lower breast can be picked up with a modified lift. Your nipples appear to be in the correct position. You could go with somewhat larger implants if you want more fullness, or keep the size you have.
