Hi, I had an open rhinoplasty september 2021. I had a small "revision" done to the right side of the tip of my nose since then. as you can see, the right side is significantly longer and larger than the left. it looks hideous. i cannot believe it. my surgeon keeps saying its my skin thickness and swelling but nothing is changing. im starting to suspect something is deviated or worse. please any observations or advice on next steps?
