I do not like to openly judge any other surgeon's results....but I do I believe that there might be excessive supratip break and tip projection/rotation. I would have a very direct conversation with your surgeon about your concerns. If this is not possible....I would find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I always tell prospective patients to look at the plastic surgeon's training (ideally a 6 year integrated plastic surgery residency and a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society). In addition, examine before/after photos on social media platforms. I would also look at Google or RealSelf reviews. This will help you get a comprehensive understanding of your provider.
This is a very typical Turkish style nose that people have been finding very popular on instagram/social media lately.... so while I personally do not love that aesthetic, it is certainly one that some surgeons are favoring esp to try to give the "cute barbie nose".
Well, I may have weird tastes in noses (see the link I posted for *my* taste), but if I were the surgeon and the nose looked like that, I'd know I wasn't done with the operation yet. And I certainly wouldn't show the photos to the patient.Having said that, though, what matters is what your nose looks like *now*, not what it looked like on the table. How far after surgery are you, and can I see what it looks like now?
You have had a significant nasal surgery. But, don't worry. The tip of your nose is very projected indeed but we can expect that area to fill in as it heals. That should give you a nose that is more natural looking.
