Revision to lengthen nose?

A short nose can be lengthened after primary rhinoplasty. It's done with cartilage grafts that force the tip back down. Yes it is possible to do so but you need to be prepared to go all in on what a revision rhino entails- the recovery both physically and mentally and making sure that you go to an expert in this. You most likely will need rib cartilage as well.

I always tell prospective patients to look at the plastic surgeon's training (ideally a 6 year integrated plastic surgery residency and a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society).
