Would a mini facelift be a good option for me? (Photo)

II went through through a liver liver transplant in march of 2023 and the liver failure swellling and 8 months of post transplant prednisone and moonface made my face swell and now i have sagging skin at the bottom of my face that hasnt been fixed with filler (i tried.) I am considering a mini facelift with the approval from my transplant team. Its a source of huge frustration for me.
