Thank you for your photos. You appear to have excellent facial shape and structure. I would think that a mini facelift, as long as you are cleared by your transplant team and your primary care doctor, would be an excellent choice for you. it would be minimally invasive, and the areas that you are most concerned about could be targeted.

If your are cleared by your transplant team for surgery then you may benefit from a mini face lift. However, a mini face lift will not correct your hanging neck skin. You would need a complete face lift to take care of that as well.

Based from the images you’ve sent. I would like to suggest that you’d do Mini facelift. With this procedure your face structure can be improved. Moreover you’d consider to do liposuction for jawline and under chin sagging for better result.

Since you have filler present, I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency like Secret to help treat and prevent loose skin and wrinkles. Elective surgery may not be in your best interest right now.
