How soon after revision rhinoplasty could I have a mini-facelift?

As long as your surgeon feels it is safe combining these procedures, and they could be complete in a reasonable time, it is advantageous to you to have both procedures done at the same time. This gives you a single operative event with a single recovery and is very likely to be more cost-effective than having two procedures with two anesthesias.

Normally after one operation the completely recovery time is around 6 months to 1 year.After revision rhinoplasty you can do the mini face lift or can do together in one surgery if the operative time is not longer (Revision rhinoplasty need some details of surgery more like opened or closed technique , need osteotomy or need rib cartilage harvesting.)

The best person to answer your question is your plastic surgeon.
If you’re going to have another plastic surgeon do the facelift then you should ask both providers.
There’s no inherent need to wait. Any amount of time before having a facelift but you probably want the tissues of your nose to be at least stabilized For 4 to 6 weeks before moving forward.
The procedures can be done at the same time and provider will have their own opinion about this.
I’m generally not a big fan of mini facelift surgery.
The procedure tends to have most of the drawbacks of having a facelift without getting the full benefit.
My view has generally been to do the procedure correctly which for most people is simply having a proper facelift.
Your providers should be guiding you through this decision-making.
