While I agree that PDO threads are not the answer, I also do not think that someone in their 30s should necessarily be doing a facelift. Schedule a consultation with a local board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your specific areas of concern as there are likely very effective targeted treatments for those areas of concern.

To prevent science of aging, avoid sun, exposure wear sunscreen, daily, avoid tobacco and alcohol as well as weight fluctuations
