I am 28 (nearly 29) and am very disappointed with how I have aged over the last 5 years. For context, I have had 3 children and led a very stressful life until fairly recently. Now I have completed my family and have more freedom, I want to feel more confident but my face looked old and tired. I always look tired, people always say I look tired, pale or sick, I have big smile lines and am just starting to develop the prominent family jowls that all women in my family have. I am already self conscious of my face due to old acne scars, which has probably made the laxity of my lower face skin worse over the years. I don't mind having acne scars if I look healthy and fresh now, but I don't. I have so much volume loss in my face, and even when I was pregnant and heavier it didn't change. I want to look more fresh, plump, and atleast my age. I like my nose and my lips. I get Botox for my crows feet which are quite bad, but want to avoid maintenance procedures besides this such as futher botox, facials and fillers. Also don't want thread lifts. What options do I have? I am guessing most will say I am too young for surgical procedures?
