What is most striking in your face photos is deficiency of cheeks and midface; this is due a small cheek bones, condition known as malar hypoplasia. A correction can be achieved by maens of augmentation with cheek implants (my preference), fat grafts or both. Augmentation with a filler like Voluma, although temporary, may give you some idea about what kind of result to expect. In person or teleconference conultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with facial implants and facial fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.

Unfortunately, you have not provided a true lateral view. However, it appears you may benefit from a chin implant. You may also want to consider some fat transfers to the face. I do not think a face lift would provide any significant improvement at all. I think you should try gaining some weight would help you.

No matter what you do, there is always maintenance, or the aging process just continues. I would start with micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret, to treat acne scars, fine lines, and tighten your face and neck. This can be continued periodically as needed for maintenance and preventive. Sculptra injections cold also give some nice overall volume to your face.

His results are in my opinion the gold standard and are the best I’ve ever seen.
Even though I offer the same treatment, I often refer patients to him if they simply want the best and are willing to pay the price.
His work is not inexpensive.

Finding the right local provider can be daunting task, but there are exceptionally talented people in almost all communities.

There’s plenty of self-promotion with providers claiming to Talk to talk and walk to walk.I see so much mediocre MedSpa work done in my community. It’s easy to recognize those. I’ve had mediocre treatments I would be careful with procedures that are permanent and irreversible.
