In reality the answer to your question is most likely no. There are some things that can be done but the amount of impact is not necessarily that great. Things like radiofrequency treatment or micro and macro needling with or without radiofrequency treatment may have some impact. Basically these procedures will induce small amounts of injury which the body responds to by forming scar tissue with college information.
