You do not have enough laxity to do a necklift . A thermitight procedure would be more appropriate and will buy you another 5 years at least before having surgery. Botox or Kybella will not work for you.RegardsDr J

Help, yes, it is safe for you to have Kybella injections to treat the turkey neck / chin after breast surgery. The treatment is localized to the area under the chin and should not have any negative implications on your recent breast surgery.
