Does weight loss effect kybella?

Any excess fat you have will disappear as you shed your pounds and that includes your submental fat. It would be best you wait till you have lost all the weight and then if any fat is left you can get Kybella. It will be a lot cheaper also.

If you're planning to lose weight, I would recommend waiting to get the kybella done. From a baseline at a lower BMI, your injector will be able to better locate your fatty deposits under the chin. 

It's hard to predict. Since you felt you had some fat under the chin even when you were at optimal weight, Kybella should help with this fat even if you lose the weight. I suspect the weight loss will help optimize your Kybella results. Seeing some photos or evaluating you in person would help me give a better recommendation.
