None of those medications interfere with each other and none of them should interfere with the usual postoperative medications but of course I would ask your surgeon before hand just to make sure. There is not really good evidence one way or another for the products and there is no harm. I certainly have had many patients take the product but it is best to start prior to your surgery.
There are many surgeons that use these products with the thought that it might help with bruising and swelling, but the medical literature I have reviewed does not support its use.
