In order to get the fat for a Brazilian butt lift to do the buttock augmentation we need to do liposuction. The liposuction can be done in various parts of your body including your back,  your love handles (flanks)  and your abdomen. Provided you're an appropriate candidate for liposuction and that you don't have significant skin looseness and good muscle support of your abdomen then it is very possible to bring in your waist significantly.
Of course, the only way to know for sure is to get an in-person consultation and evaluation by board-certified plastic surgeon who has significant liposuction and fat grafting experience.
