I got a bbl done two weeks ago. After how long will it be safe for me to go back to heavy weight training (lower body dominant eg. squats 100kg, deadlifts 140kg ) without damaging the newly transferred fat cells? I have been training for many years and am struggling without the gym, however I want to make the most of my investment and not risk damaging my results. Many thanks
