I am a plastic surgeon and have seen this with my patients before. It is fine to proceed. The oral pills increase risk of  blood clots but the pellets do not carry the same risk. Use of Lovenox is always a good idea to start with this procedure which lowers the risk to very low for a blood clot....

Thanks for the question. Generally, most patients can fly within 2 to 4 weeks after Tummy Tuck surgery. However, car or airplane travel should be avoided to prevent the risk of blood clots in the legs. I wish you all the best.
