The post op garment that I have to wear is rubbing the skin off my inner thighs. What can I do? 8 days post BR and TT.

This close out from surgery only your surgeon should be dictating postoperative instructions and garments and things.  I'm sure he or she can recommend a different binder that causes less friction in that area.  I'm sure they will be happy to help so just reach out to them --Best of luck!

Thanks for your question. Our surgical garments can sometimes be irritating and uncomfortable. In my own practice I will sometimes recommend softer undergarments or a different form of compression when necessary . Check in with your PS. He or she may be able to recommend a more comfortable garment depending upon where you are in your healing process.Best wishes.

A garment should not be causing this problem. It is likely not fitted properly. You are best to review care with your doc.

You should not be undergoing this experience with a poorly fitting garment Please see your plastic surgeon and asked them to order a short pant suit with abdominal and breast extension that you can slip into and wear like and an undergarment  without the chafing.
