Excellent question! It is impossible to answer this question which fully examining the area of concern.  Kybella, Cool Sculpting, and liposuction each have different benefits and limitations.  I would make sure your plastic surgeon discusses each of these options with you so you have the most well rounded treatment option. In general I personally try to exhaust the benefits from one treatment modality before changing so it may be worth treatment with Kybella alone at first to fully determine the benefits and ultimately the outcome prior to trying another treatment regimen. Not everyone is a good candidate for this treatment so please see a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to evaluate if you may benefit.
